IGV researcher part of the Galathea 3 expedition

Assistant Professor Jan H. Christensen was, from the middle of August until the end of September 2006, part of several of the first legs of the research expedition Galathea 3 with the research vessel "Vædderen". Jan also sailed on the last leg of the expeditions world wide journey that left Boston, USA on April 14th 2007.

  

Jan is taking part in a project on Environmentally Non-native Compounds and Metals (Miljøfremmede stoffer og Metaller). The project has it's own project website including a blog where Jan and the others often have reported on their research and life on board the ship.
