Galathea3 Comes Back to DK with IGV Researcher Onboard - 18.04.2007

On the April 14, 2007 the research vessel Vædderen left Boston, USA for the last leg of it's world-wide journey. Onboard is Jan H. Christensen, one of our researchers here at the department.

 

The ship will call the Copenhagen Port at Langelinie on April 25, at 1815h. Read more about the festivities planned for the arrival of the researchers and sailors at the Galathea3 expedition's official website.

 

Jan is doing research for the project Environmentally Non-native Compounds and Metals (Miljøfremmede stoffer og Metaller). The project has it's own project website including a blog where Jan and the others often report on their research and life on board the ship "Vædderen".
